At Agrijam, we take a balanced and thoughtful approach to growing healthy, high-quality produce. Our goal is simple: to grow crops that look good, taste great, and meet the needs of families, retailers, and chefs — while building long-term soil health and sustainable systems on our farm.

What We Use to Grow

🌿 Soil Enrichment
We improve our growing environment using a mix of compost, aged manure, worm castings, and biostimulants. These inputs help us boost soil life, improve structure, and support healthy root development across our crops.

🧪 Balanced Fertilization
While we use natural soil amendments, we also apply mineral fertilizers to meet the specific nutritional needs of each crop. This helps us ensure consistent growth, reliable yields, and strong plant health — especially in high-density or greenhouse systems.

🐛 Pest Management
We primarily rely on organic pest control methods to protect our crops, using natural sprays, plant-based solutions, and preventative practices. In cases of severe pest pressure, we may use other targeted measures, but only when necessary — and always with care to protect our crops, our customers, and the environment.

Water Use & Rainwater Harvesting

We are mindful of water use and supplement our irrigation with a rainwater harvesting system. This allows us to collect and store rainfall, reducing our reliance on external water sources and supporting more sustainable production during dry periods.

💧 Crop-Specific Care
We grow in a variety of settings — including greenhouses, trellised fields, and hydroponic systems — and adjust our approach based on the crop. Whether it’s tomatoes, sweet peppers, or leafy greens, we give each plant the environment and attention it needs to perform.
